Timeless classics are often the best! The Classics are the original houses of Etang Vallier built around 1980, each with at least 600m² of garden. They offer basic accommodation, maintained in working and functional order, with small improvements over the years to accommodate families in basic comfort. Every villa features limited vis à vis and a covered, south facing terrace.

 

Classic kitchens are well-equipped with the basics and with plenty of counter space and storage for a comfortable family holiday.

One bedroom is a double (either a 140cm bed or two 90cm beds). The second bedroom is for 4 guests with 1 bunk bed, a single bed and a fourth granny bed if needed.

The sitting room offers a sofa bed (140 cm). Each villa has basic French satellite service in the sitting room. The large open plan space has an open fireplace (wood must be collected locally or purchased nearby)and a country style table for 8 people.



 

The Classic mini villas are in the Holiday park Les Pinedes which features 45 holiday homes in all. Each villa has a large open garden area of about 800m². The park is open and lanscaped and the villas are positionned with very limited overlooking. They all provide a surprising amount of privacy while giving access to the amenities of a quiet rural family resort.

The gite comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Sitting area. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The gite has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The gite has television. Recreational activities available with the gite include table tennis.

There is room for 3 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this gite.

Pets are welcome
15€ surcharge per stay payable on site. Dogs must be kept on lead and may not be on the beach or in the lake due to health and safety reasons.

On request, there are villas with extra wide doors and no steps. 

The gite is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking.

The gite is right beside a beach, swimming, boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, a restaurant.

Close to the gite you will find golf, tennis, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the gite you will find a museum.
