VILLA SOBREIRA is a lovely family villa situated in a tranquil woodland area in the beautiful Corgo da Zorra area, close to Vale de Garrao and Almancil. Just a few minutes drive to the beach, horseriding and Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo golf courses. It comfortably sleeps 8 and is quite unique in that it has its own private pool, aircon, superb gardens AND full sized tennis court.

Prices advertised are for 6. There is an extra charge of £95 pppw up to 8 but all children using a cot at time of holiday go free.

Just a few minutes drive is an outstanding beach, supermarkets, first class shopping, international restaurants. There is a horse riding centre just 2 mins away offering wonderful beach rides. This is an ideal location for golf as within 2-10 minutes drive are at least 12 major Quinta and Vale do Lobo golf courses. Villamoura golf courses only 10-12 mins away.

It has a large spacious and airy lounge with various sofas, chairs, satellite TV, DVD, woodburning fire. There is a lovely dining area off the lounge in its own alcove overlooking the pool and gardens. It has 3 bedrooms and the kitchen is modern and fully equipped with breakfast bar.

There is a second very large lounge area upstairs with several sofas, more tables and chairs, music system, which can be easily converted to a very spacious 4th bedroom using the double sofa beds with easy access to bathroom upstairs. It is a mezzanine area so not totally private if people using large lounge below. But totally private when bedrooms being used.

Summary: On the ground floor there is an ensuite double bedroom, a twin bedroom with separate bathroom. On the first floor there is a further double room with bathroom off with fully equipped own terrace and wonderful views. You will fight over this one!!. There is a further large mezzanine area which can be used as a 4th bedroom with access to shared bathroom. The first floor is accessed via a beautiful ornate spiral staircase.

The villa is exceptionally cool in high season but aircon has been placed in 2 of the bedrooms to ensure maximum enjoyment of your holiday.

Beautiful mature garden surrounds the villa with lots of grass for children to play. Large driveway for up to 6 cars. The tennis court at the rear of the property is full size with an all weather surface, practice areas are marked and there is seating inside the court for guests to watch.

The pool is fully equipped with external shower room and toilet off to side. Soft night lights surround the pool, also with piped music if you require. Pool and gardens maintained to the highest standard at all times. Just bring your own tennis rackets/balls. We even provide your own pool/beach towels so no need to bring your own.

Wonderful Garrao beach only 5 mins drive away. Quite lovely with bar and waterfront facilities, huge sandy beach, crystal clear, warm waters and some watersports facilities.

Within 10-25 mins you can access other central Algarve venues including go karting, zoo, waterparks, swim with dolphins and many other beautiful beaches and beach islands.

Ideal location for golf. Only 2-4 mins drive away is Ocean Golf Courts/Royal Golf Course. Within 5 mins are Quinta do Lago courses: Pinheiros Altos, Quinta do Lago North (Ria Formosa) and San Lorenzo. Villamoura golf courses are only 10 mins drive away: Laguna, Millennium, The Old Course, Pinhal, Victoria and Vila Sol.

The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In second lounge upstairs - with access to bathroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

teresa says: "Villa was perfect for us. Lots of space inside the villa. Garden and pool was lovely and spacious. Nice peaceful location but only minutes drive from shops and beach. Also only minutes from main road to all other resorts, water parks and shopping. We chose it for the tennis court which was in perfect condition. We loved it so much we are booking again for next summer. Having an english speaking courier available for any questions/problems was great. The maid and garderner/pool attendant called a couple of times during our stay. If you like peace and tranquility but like to be close to activities this villa is perfect."
