Reconstruction of the building will be finished in 2007, February. It offers accommodation in Prague 3 – Žižkov, it owns 9 attic flats furnished in a modern Italian style. Residence is located nearby a historical part of the city, it is accessible on foot or by tram.
Apartments are ideal either for singles or couples, also for groups of about 6 people max. We offer accommodation for very convenient prices.
In the price including VAT there are following items included:

Notes:
* Children up to 10 years have discout 30%, children up to 3 years have their stay free of charge.

* We provide you with transfer from the airport , we charge 20-28 EUR (600-800 CZK) depending on the number of passangers (1-8).

Glyn says: "Apartment was in a quiet street but close enough to the main locations to be a comfortable walk, even in the brisk wind!
The apartment itself was spacious. We both enjoyed it. I had two issues with it though:
- The toilet was located a bit too close to the bath. Im 6 foot and it was a bit of a squeeze to position myself comfortably.
- The TV was too small for the room. Granted you dont spend long in the apartment, but it was something that I felt should have been different.
Overall, I would recommend this apartment."
