The apartment block is close to the world renowned Carlton Hotel, the Palais des Festivals (Convention Centre) and is situated in one of the most convenient residential areas in the city. Fresh produce markets near by. Ideally located on the fourth floor of a quiet apartment building.
Renovated to very high standard with a traveler’s needs in mind. Fully air conditioned. Entrance hall leading onto living room, self contained kitchen and water closet. Bathroom with full bath & power shower as well as a mini washing machine. The living room has a TV and stereo/CD player. Balcony overlooks private gardens and enjoys afternoon and evening sun. Balcony is accessed from either living room or kitchen and is equipped with a retractable awning for shade. The kitchen is equipped with gas & electric hobs, microwave, fridge, coffee pot, kettle and full array of cooking utensils/pots/pans and dishes. Use of telephone can be easily arranged.
