The house is on a pretty lane of detached villas. It looks and feels like open country round about but there are a surprising number of houses hidden by large gardens and hedges. Large gates open onto the front of the house with parking for up to 3 cars.At either side are paths leading to the rear garden of some 600sq.m with the pool, patio and several olive trees. There are 2 'caves' type storage areas containing bikes and other sports' equipment.

The front door opens onto steps down into an atrium-style living room which is in 3 separate areas - a cosy seating area with a big open fireplace, a big L-shaped settee facing the TV and a dining area to seat 6. Off this is the master bedroom with en suite bathroom and the kitchen leading to a pantry and another storage 'cave'. Upstairs there is a double bedroom, twin bedroom and a small single bedroom, a bathroom and a separate toilet.

There's lots of storage space, lots of equipment and everything you might need for a really good holiday. The kitchen is equipped with oven, separate gas/electric hob, fridge with small freezer compartment, microwave oven, dishwasher and washing machine. There are bikes, tennis racquets and garden games in the front storage 'cave'. There's also a TV with satellite English channels and built-in DVD player plus a separate VHS video player with over 100 videos and DVDs to choose from, along with a CD /cassette player and radio.
