Villa is surrounded by countryside and only 1 minute to "Golf de Provence" course. Garden has dozens of beautiful oaktrees providing shade. Both garden and pool are private. Villa has also a large terrace with a provencale wine tree "treille" providing nice shade and allowing guests to eat outside all day long.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are welcome
Pets allowed provided we cant find marks of their visit in the house after they leave (ie pets hair everywhere), nor damaged items/furniture. Pets are not allowed in the bedrooms, on the sofas and in the swimming pool premises

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking, cycling.
