Villa is surrounded by countryside and only 1 minute to "Golf de Provence" course. Garden has dozens of beautiful oaktrees providing shade. Both garden and pool are private. Villa has also a large terrace with a provencale "treille" providing nice shade and allowing guests to eat outside all day long.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets allowed provided we can't find marks of their visit in the house after they leave (ie pet's hair everywhere), nor damaged items/furniture. Pets are not allowed near or in the swimming pool premises

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Kathy says: "I could easily wax lyrical about this villa - which looks lovely in the photos but is even better in reality! It is spacious, comfortable, beautifully furnished and equipped to an exemplary standard. From the moment we ( a family of five) were welcomed to the property - with fresh bread, jam and delicious strawberries - not to mention basics such as tea and coffee, the experience more than made up for the unreliable weather. The hospitality was reinforced by an absence of 'rules and regulations' which can often be rather off-putting. Instead there was simple folder with instructions for all the machines etc, ensuring that we were able to use the dishwasher, cooker and so on. I can honestly say that this was one of the best holiday properties I have ever stayed in. I can recommend it without the slightest reservation. THANK YOU."
