This small studio is located on the first floor and is acessed by a lift.
The studio consists of a double fold out couch. a small table and some chairs ( please refer photos).
There is a new LCD flat TV and a DVD player.
The bathroom cosits of a shower, basin and toilet.
Although the studio has a large window it has no veiw and looks direcly onto an internal stucture and coutyard area.
You can access the courtyard thru the window if you wish.
The room is small but it is in one of the most famous buildings in Nice.
and the beach is directly in front of the building.
