From the living room the attractive staircase with wrought-iron ballustrading leads upstairs to the two double bedrooms each with standard-sized double beds and fitted wardrobes and also the tiled bathroom with bath and shower attachment and second separate toilet. Outside there is a lawned garden and private swimming pool – 8m x 4m – with poolside sun loungers
 

Le Beausset - which is a self-sufficient unspoilt community of about 8000 people – officially classified as a “Station Verte” – is situated only 9km inland from the lovely beaches of Bandol/Sanary or Les Lecques. There are all kinds of local businesses and food shops, two supermarkets and many restaurants - from expensive gourmet to excellent-value traditional. On Friday mornings the streets are filled with one of the best local Provençal markets in the area – not to be missed. In the centre there is a lovely little square and fountain which - in summer - is colourfully filled with locals and visitors relaxing in the sunshine watching the world go by at the tables of the several adjoining café-bars. On many Saturday evenings in summer the square hosts free live concerts with locals and holidaymakers equally very welcome
