Ideal for couples or small families the smallest size of property in a private domaine of 3 stars provençal-style cottages located between the mountains and the sea in the hinterland countryside near the typical “Villages Perché” of Fayence & Tourrettes – only 45 minutes by car from Nice or 20 minutes from Cannes. These properties have a choice of two layouts - either a more spacious first floor mezzanine bedroom with double bed for couples or a first floor mezzanine bedroom with double bed and two child’s single beds for two parents and one or two small children sharing. The comfortable accommodation benefits from private enclosed gardens and furnished terraces and free access to two outdoor swimming pools and childrens’ paddling pools- all within an enclosed and secure environment with private designated car parking space. Internally an excellent level of equipment – including full oven with 4 hot plates, microwave oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, generous utensils & glasses, cafetière, two hairdryers and modern comfortable furnishings - everything necessary for a carefree and enjoyable stay in Provence and excellent value for money. Each property has its’own enclosed garden of a least 40m2 and paved terrace of at least 10m2 with pergola, outside dining table/6 chairs and two loungers. There is a shared laundry room for clothes washing with a small charge and televisions, barbecues, cots, high chairs, fans and mobile air-conditioning units can be hired also.

The properties offer many advantages for families – firstly the excellent value for all families – but particularly those with smaller children holidaying outside July & August – when rental rates are extremely low and when there is flexibility of commencement day and length of stay therefore avoiding the higher weekend airfares and a pleasant change from the normal rigidity of holday renting. Then the childrens’ facilities – children’s playground, two paddling pools – as well as the two full-size pools, football ground, handball, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, pétanque and tennis courts with an extra charge. Most of all, though, the opportunity for children to meet and mix with other children and make new friends. Because we can offer a selection of properties of all sizes it is also perfect for friends or extended family to holiday together but still enjoy the privacy and space of independent accommodation  

In the immediate surrounding area there are many beautiful and unspoilt medieval hill villages – Tourrettes, Fayence, Seillans, Callian and Montauroux – all within a 10 minute drive and each with restaurants and local shops and many with a weekly provençal market. Further afield the famous resorts of the riviera are within a 30-40 minute drive – Saint Raphael, Fréjus or Cannes or the smaller Théoule sur mer or Agay. In the heart of the "Massif de l'Esterel" there is the beautiful St. Cassien Lake – 10-15 minutes away with easy access – a superb and unique expanses of water – once discovered a favourite with holiday-makers. It has lots to offer - a fisherman's paradise, swimming, sailing, rowing, pedaloes, canoes and, of course, just relaxing and sunbathing. The Gorges of Verdon - unique in the whole of Europe – are 40 minutes drive away - with spectacular scenery and for the more adventurous a multitude of activities are on offer including rafting, canoeing and kayak, cannyoning. Other nautical sports include sailing and water-skiing. Land sports include rock-climbing, horse-riding and hiking. The properties are also situated right next to the prestigious "Domaine de Terre Blanche" golf course. This exceptional couirse offers two 18-hole courses in 266 hectares of protected environment. This course is just one of the many other magnificent golf courses in the region: Cannes-Mandelieu, Riveria Golf Club in Mandelieu la Napoule , Golf St. Donnat in Grasse, Golf de la Grande Bastide in Chateauneuf de Grasse and the Opio Golf Club all within 30 minutes drive away.
