The house is located in the vineyards between the villages of Menerbes, Gordes, Roussillon and Lacoste — the most exclusive spot of the Luberon Provence, near theater and music festivals, the charming farmer market of Coustellet, the authentic village life of Menerbes portrayed by Peter Mayle, the Marquis de Sade castle in Lacoste, the red earth and canyons of Roussillon, and the majestic splendor of Gordes and the nearby cistercian monastery Abbaye de Senanque. 

11 rooms on three floors and 300 M2 around a large courtyard, restaured by artists. You will find a Steinway B grand piano, artworks, rare furniture, as well contemporary as antique, and also a Klafs Sauna. 

In this house, everyone can find his private space during the day — near the ancient well in the garden, beneath the giant Linden tree, in the courtyard or on the terrace, before everybody comes together for dinner — in the garden, the courtyard, or by the fireplace in a rustic vaulted space. 

Various dining areas are available: in the dining room, in the kitchen, by the fireside, in the courtyard and in the garden. Various living room areas are also available. With two foldable beds, a double sofa bed in the piano studio, and a sleeping place on the mezzanine in the large atelier, sleeping capacity can go up to twelve. The house is more comfortable for up to 8 or 9 people, though.

The country house comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 single, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the two foldable beds that can be put anywhere, 1 double sofa bed located in the in the piano room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The country house has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The country house has a sauna.

The country house has television dvd. The music system will play cassettes, vinyl records, cds. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this country house.

Pets are welcome
Any usual pets allowed, that is cats and dogs. 

Not suitable for wheelchairs 

The country house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing garden, a west facing patio area, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The country house is right beside walking, cycling.

Close to the country house you will find climbing, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, tennis, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, a restaurant, a food shop.
