The apartment is located on the famous Promenade des Anglais with an uninterrupted view over the Bay of Angels with all its changing colours. Just a short way from the centre of town and the old town of Nice and of course 50 metres from the beach. The famous Negresco Hotel is a 10 minutes walk. There are bars, restaurants and shops near the apartment and the airport is just 10 mins away by bus or car. This really is the perfect location for enjoying the sites of Nice and the Riviera with Monaco, St Tropez, Cannes all a short drive away. 

The bright and spacious living area opens out onto a large balcony with stunning views of the Bay of Angels and the beach below. Theres comfortable seating and a dining table and chairs for 6 people plus tv, dvd and selection of dvds and stereo system. The fully equipped kitchen is just next door. There is free WiFi internet access.

The three double bedrooms are located at the rear of the apartment looking out onto a quiet, private residential area. The third bedroom has a large sofabed as the room is narrower. The bedrooms are fully equipped with modern furnishings and share two bathrooms. The three bedrooms open out onto a small balcony.

The private underground garage has the following dimensions: width 249 cm x length 677 cm, but we recommend only a small car as the access in is difficult and because of the dimensions of the gate: width 210 cm x height 185 cm.
 

There is free WiFi internet access. Airconditioning in the living room only.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 3 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the third bedroom. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cooking utensils.

The location of the apartment means you will hear some noise, though not excessive. It has a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is a garage.

The apartment is right beside a beach, swimming, water skiing, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, historic sites, a museum, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find flying, a theatre/cinema.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find golf.

The carnival in February and the Grand Prix in May are just 2 of the various activities.
