A new built villa with a large private swimming pool suitable for 4 to 5 persons. It is located near the beach resort of Panormo and overlooks the surrounding olive, orange and lemon groves from an elevated position. The villa is only a 5 minutes drive from Panormo with its tavernas, shops and, of course, plenty of beaches, and 20 minutes drive from the old Venetian town of Rethymnon.
 

The villa is fully furnished and includes an open plan lounge, dining and kitchen area with fire place and French doors opening out onto a pergola covered terrace with wonderful views where al fresco eating could be enjoyed. The two airconditioned double bedrooms feature traditional Cretan furniture including double beds and wardrobes. Further sleeping facilities are available in the lounge accommodated with a double sofa bed. The family bathroom with Roman style sunken bath is accessible from the hall. A large private swimming pool is situated in the spacious garden with oleanders, bougainvilleas and palms. From there the magnificent views across the surrounding countryside could be enjoyed.
 

Facilities include: fitted kitchen with oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, toaster and kettle, TV/Satellite, DVD and CD players, all linen (except beach towels), iron and ironing board, hairdryer, maid service, welcome basket including local bread and milk, landscaped garden with private swimming pool, barbeque. A car is considered essential for exploring the whole area. 

This is the ideal place to sit outside in the morning and enjoy a cup of Greek coffee with the friendly locals in one of the little kafenions or taste a real Cretan moussaka in one of the local tavernas in the evening.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside walking.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, fishing, historic sites, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a sports center, a museum, a themepark.

We liked the villa location and surroundings very much. We loved to sit out on the veranda staring at the view. But the road up to the villa is potentially dangerous. We liked to be able to pick our own oranges from the orange grove down the road.

The photographs on your web site do not show how nice the villa and the outside area are.

We had a really lovely time and Dik and Ada looked after us very well. We loved Panormo - perfect beach and tavernas for the kids. And the villa was great - fantastic terrace, complete with much appreciated breeze. Thank you!

We appreciated the villa location. Lovely orange and olive groves and very quiet. We did have a few problems parking the car on the bumpy slope though. Sadly we mastered it just as it was time to leave...!

We really enjoyed ourselves and hope to be back some time in the future. Thank you!
