This newly built holiday home will impress you by its clear and simple structure in the traditional Greek island style. White and blue are the colours used and so we created a place that harmonises with the blue sea and the neverending blue skies.
Inside the house we have followed tradition but have equipped the home with all modern conveniences.The atmosphere is truly special and it is exactly what any visitor of this lovely island is looking for. 

The spacious garden has a sun terrace next to the pool area-both covered and open-with wooden sun loungers, table and chairs and is directly overlooking the pool. The swimming pool has two water lilos and a pool shower. There s a patio on one side of the garden, a large balcony with a breathtaking view and in the garden there are plenty of places to sit and relax or sunbathe. Little steps lead to various parts of the garden whether it is the herb garden, the lawned area surrounding the house or the indigenous Mediterranean shrubs and trees, each part contributing to a truly Greek atmosphere.
 

The beach of Lachania is only a short 5 min drive away and this sandy beach is completely unspoilt-just you and the sea with its crystal clear waters. The long pebbly beach of Gennadi can be reached within 10 mins and there you can rent sun shades, loungers etc.
After exploring Lachania and having a meal at the traditional village taverna you might want to venture further. A stroll through the surrounding hilly countryside, a drive to one of the neighbouring villages, sipping some wine on a secluded beach watching the sunset: It is all there for you. There are lots of little churches to be discovered, historic sites to be visited and the island is perfect for a day round trip combined with stops at the ancient city states of Kamiros, Ialysos or Lindos. Further on a visit to the medieval town of Rhodes is something that should not be missed.
 

The house is easily accessible by a few steps leading directly to the front gate of the garden. The house is suitable for families with children as the walled garden makes it a very secure holiday home. We will provide you with a welcome and info pack and there are phone numbers to contact should any problems arise. The rental cost is inclusive of water and electricity.

The village house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the livingroom. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

There is room for 4 in the living room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the village house you will find a beach, swimming, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, historic sites, shopping areas.

Within easy reach of the village house you will find golf, tennis, scuba diving, a food shop.
