Brand new (2008) studio apartment in the popular French resort of Les Deux Alpes. Ski in and out subject to snow conditions, with the nearest lift about 100m away. Skiing and snowboarding to suit all levels, with a fantastic snowpark for boarders or adventurous skiiers! Wide choice of restaurants, shops and bars within a few minutes walk. Easy access from Grenoble airport which is served by most budget airlines. 

Les Deux Alpes has a glacier for summer skiing but the resort is also a lively mountain sports resort with mountain biking, climbing, walking and even a 9 hole golf course within sight of the apartment. The summer nights on the balcony should be spectacular as well. A bargain summer break! 

 

The sleeping accommodation is two double sofa beds plus one single bunk, so the maxiumum occupancy is 5. The cooking facilities consist of a hob and microwave oven, plus kettle and toaster with all the usual pots, pans and tableware. The apartment is on the 3rd floor of the block which gives the best panoramic views of the mountains to be found in the whole resort. There is no lift but the climb is worth it! (as well as keeping the prices low) The TV is not French so will not show TV programmes, but has a brand new DVD player which will play MP3s, DivX movies as well as normal DVDs.

The room/studio comprises 0 bedrooms in total; . The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Main living area 1 double bunk bed located in the Main living area. This gives room for up to 5 people.

The room/studio has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The room/studio has television dvd. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a microwave, a fridge, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The room/studio is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing balcony, panoramic views.

neale says: "This property is a superb ski in, ski out apartment. Literally less than 100ms from a ski lift and you can ski back to the door. The apartment is in a very quiet part of the town - so you can get good sleep, but is within minutes (walking) of some great bars and restaurants. There is ample parking at the apartment block. It is on the third floor and there are no lifts (use the back stairs not the main stairs), but the view is great and the balcony is south facing, so worth the climb. The apartment is brand new, as are all the fittings including big TV and DVD player. Nice. Les Deux Alpes is a lively resort with a good ski area. Well worth the visit"
