Villa Sveva is part of the agritourism estate of Santa Cristina, which includes other three villas. Each villa is independent and private and can give hospitality up to 8 people. It is also possible, opening a gate in the garden, to connect Villa Sveva with another villa and transform them in one single villa for a big group of friends (up to 16 persons!).

The property is nestled amongst the rolling undulating hills of Lathium, land of Etruscans, the Ancient Romans and many Popes.
Th villa has a private garden with a pergola. The patio and the internal floor area is paved in Tuscan terracotta.
The patio is also perfect for BBQ and at fresco dining. There is also a private garage with room for 3 cars.
There is full central heating and all the matching soft furnishing are antiflammatory. In addition the villa has the vary latest fire alarm system.

Ground floor - Large living room with satellite TV, dining area, fireplace, large south-facing sun window; fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and oven; breakfast room; twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom.

First floor - 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with bath, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with bath, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

Pool area - The pool area is shared between Villa Sveva and the close Villa Domitilla and is situated 30 mtrs to the south of the villa. The pool(14 x 7 mtrs/deep; 1,20-1,40 depth) is immersed in its own garden with views of the estate. The surround is paved in terracotta where the umbrellas, deckchairs, loungers and armchairs are situated. There are 2 dressing rooms, each with shower, wc and sink.

Agriturismo Santa Cristina offers different facilities with NO extra charge: tennis, table tennis, five a side football.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

Pets are not welcome

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area (with heater), panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: We are a Norwegian family of 11 people and found the two houses on Internet with the first visit end of September 2005. This was so successful and tempted us to revisit early June this year and we have now booked for the summer of next year. As the ´patron´, father and grandfather I cannot enough praise the wonderful time we have had on these two occasions - we had enough space to also invite some friends so we have been 15/16 in all ! Apart from the very nice accommodation with comfortable rooms and sittingrooms we have so much enjoyed the scenery and the fact that we have been alone with no noise from any tourists - just us !! In addition comes the Italian atmosphere with very kind people, wonderful food and beautiful small villages - not to forget the temperature, we have fairly cold weather in Norway so appreciate very much the Italian sunshine !
