Villa Laurentia is part of the “Santa Cristina” estate. The villa is set on the top of a hill, overlooking a wonderful view of vineyard and undulating hills that extend untill the mythological Mount Soratte.

The villa has a private garden with a pergola and is immersed in a private small pine wood.
The patio and the internal floor area is paved in Tuscan terracotta. The patio is also perfect for BBQ and at fresco dining.
There is full central heating and all the matching soft furnishing are antiflammatory. In addition the villa has the vary latest fire alarm system.

 

Villa Laurentia is suitable for elderly or infirm and is wheelchair accesible. 

Ground floor - Large living room with satellite TV, dining area, fireplace, large south-facing sun window; fully-fitted kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine and oven; breakfast room; twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower (with fittings for the disabled).

First floor - 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with bath, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with bath, 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower.

Pool area - The pool area is completely private and is situated at 15 mt. from the villa, visible just outside of the living room window.
The pool(12 x 5 mtrs/deep; 1,20-1,40 depth) is immersed in its own garden with views of the estate. The surround is paved in terracotta where the umbrellas, deckchairs, loungers and armchairs are situated.


 

Agriturismo Santa Cristina offers different facilities with NO extra charge: tennis, table tennis, five a side football.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

At ground floor there is a room with ensuite bathroom suitable for disables, conforming to italian law. All the doors (including the main entrance) were made large enough to allow the passage of wheelchiars. There is an access for disables to the pool area. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area (with heater), panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find golf.

The villa is located in a very convenient location for sightseeing in Latium, Umbria and Tuscany.

We would like to tell you how much we enjoyed ourselves staying at Villa Laurentia! I thought that we lived in the most beautiful spot imaginable (in the hills amongst the Kentish orchards), but Santa Cristina is the first place I can say is even lovelier, with it's panoramic view of all it's ridges and valleys. It really is inspiring. There is also so much of interest to see in the surrounding area! The villa was absolutely perfect, especially for my mother who is very wobbly on her feet; she found the downstairs bedroom and bathroom very convenient, and that the floors were quite easy for her to walk on. When she is happy, it makes the rest of us relax too! Please thank Daniela (and Sisi) for looking after us very well, and always with a big smile. She even cooked a really delicious chestnut pasta for us. Please tell her that next year, we will all try to speak Italian!
