Our apartment is a recently renovated (finished 01/2007) nicely very clean 3 room apartment with all comfort for good standard all day living, in the main street of Centre of Chisinau (street Puskin, vis-�-vis from park and main church, ext to Sun City). A bus stop is in front of the building and parking possibilities in yard. I also have a private garage. The apartment is located at the front side of the building, so with a nice direct view on the park, evening sun in front of house.
The apartment is 80m� large, offers a large bedroom with double bed, a cosy study room or second bedroom (the sofa is possible to use as double bed), an open space living area of 32m� with integration of hall and kitchen (10m�). Here too the sofa is possible to use as double bed, so 6 persons can sleep in this apartment if necessary. A dining table for 6 persons is extendable to 3,20m (so easy10-12 persons). A double entrance door offers security and isolation. Entrance of house is with a coded lock.
The following equipment/comfort is present: cable TV 72cm, DVD/VCR player, music , phone with internet connection possibility, wash and dry combination AEG, hairdryer, iron with board, safe. The bathroom has sink, bath and toilet. The kitchen is functional: gas cooking, electric oven, fridge, electric water kettle, little breakfast/working table. A bar element links dining area and kitchen.
Bedroom and study/bedroom have halogen lights with dimmer. In living area a standing halogen light wit dimmer 300W creates nice atmosphere. Kitchen has halogen spots and working table light.

* Cleaning apartment and fresh bath and bed clothes every 4th day (for daily rent).

JUST COME AND FEEL GOOD.

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this apartment.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a south facing balcony. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.

The apartment is right beside walking, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
