The building is on a busy street of Rome, but, the flat itself is located far from the main street, overlooking a small and quiet street on one side and the inner courtyard on the other side. The flat is therefore very quiet thanks also to double glazing on the window.
There is a balcony-patio overlooking the inner courtyard fitting a table and 4 chairs for the warm weather.
The building's façades, from the end of the XIXth century, have been repainted in 2006. The flat itslef has just undergone partial renovation in February 2008.
The house has 1 double bed bedroom, a large living room with a sofa-bed (double bed); dinette kitchen and bathroom with shower; it can confortably sleep a family of 4 or 2 couples. A couple or a couple with child will be very confortable.
The double bed can be replaced with twin beds upon request (subject to confirmation).
The house is equipped with central heating, air conditioning, Digital TV (includes BBC World), landline phone (pay-per-use), broadband internet access (pay-per-use), washing machine and iron.
The position of the house, in the center of Rome and extremely well connected through the public transport system (Metro station just outside the building), makes it a good base to visit Rome.
