This wonderful three-storey property is set in the picturesque alpine village of Hinterthal and has superb views of the surrounding mountain scenery and the lovely Florysee Lake. The house is very well equipped with all modern amenities and provides excellent accommodation for families, having three double bedrooms, one children’s twin bedroom and one bunk bedroom. The property has been built using local materials and the incorporation of natural stone, oak floors and larch beams gives the impression of a traditional Austrian lodge but with all the luxury of a very modern dwelling. 

The spacious living accommodation is on the first floor. In the main salon, comfortable sofas and armchairs surround a wood-burning stove and there is access to the terrace from this room and from each end of the central hallway. There is also a separate television room so that everyone can relax, undisturbed, in their own way. The open plan kitchen and dining room is very well equipped and there is a separate walk-in pantry with chest freezer. There is also a washroom on this floor.

The first lovely double bedroom and en suite shower room are on the ground floor, perhaps offering a quiet retreat from the hustle and bustle above! The remaining four bedrooms are on the top floor. Doors lead to the balcony from the spacious master bedroom which has an en suite bathroom with hexagonal bath, shower cubicle, twin basins and WC. On the other side of the landing, the third double bedroom also has access to the balcony and this room has an en suite shower, basin and WC. The fourth bedroom has separate twin beds and the fifth bedroom has bunk beds, a sofa and desk. The latter two bedrooms both have doors to the front balcony and they share a shower room with twin basins and WC.

The lodge comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 2 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The lodge has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The lodge has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
