Our penthouse apartment is approximately 100 sq m. It has three bedrooms. It is modern with a fully fitted kitchen. Two bathrooms. Seperate ski cellar. Car port.

It is in quite an exceptional elevated position close to the ski slope and just above the Achter Jet Ski lift.

Truly "Ski and ski out".

It is also only 45 mins from Salzburg airport - 70km.

The skiing is excellent and is the home of Hermann Maier.

Flachau is in line to take the 2014 Winter Olympics as part of the Salzburg bid.

The ski lifts and facilities are top class with all you will need for apres ski and night life with many restaurants bars and nightclubs as well.

This is a little gem of a area nestled in the heart of the very expansive "Ski Amade".

 

 

 

This apartment is in an elevated position within 30 meters of the ski slope. It has two baclonies and hasextensive open (nothing at all in the way) panoramic views!! Seperate sk cellar. Car port. We provide linen but not towels.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room 2 double bunk beds located in the bedroom 3. This gives room for up to 10 people.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a very quiet area. It has a east facing garden, a east facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside climbing, walking, cycling, mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding.

Close to the apartment you will find swimming, fishing, horse riding, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, flying, golf, historic sites, a museum.
