The ski lifts and facilities are top class with all you will need for apres ski and night life with many restaurants bars and nightclubs as well.

This apartment is in an elevated position within 30 meters of the ski slope. It has two baclonies and hasextensive open (nothing at all in the way) panoramic views!! Seperate sk cellar. Car port.

The penthouse comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room 2 double bunk beds located in the bedroom 3. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The penthouse has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The penthouse has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

rami says: "we found the house so beautiful!!! it is perfectly located near the snow slopes and has a beautiful view on flachau town. the house is so much fun. eveything is new. the house is always warm, has a great great kitchen + living room space. its fun to cook in this house (which we did a lot). there are games for kids and adults, nice lcd tv, beautiful balconies and big windows... It was also very nice to see how this kind of business can be made thru email + sms only. very easy-going. hope to be there again sometime or at least send friends... thank you. rami"
