The house comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In the living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the house you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, scuba diving, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find historic sites, a museum.

There is a free shuttle bus which will take you to the 5* private beach club.

I believe that we might have been your first renters, it is evident that you have put a lot of thought and care into your property. Plenty of wardrobe space, with many hangers which is important, good quality towels and bedding. The house was clean and we treated it if it was our own, hopefully the type of renter you will attract will do the same. We will certainly recommend you to any friends that might visit, or contact you again should we return. Nicely located by the pool with sun for most of the day, which is very important. Good tables and garden chairs."
