Lisa says: "We had the most fabulous holiday at villa Porto Conte. If you love nature and stunning scenery this is definatley the holiday home for you, The view of the sea and mountains from the balcony is stunning and a forest right behind the flat. On our 1st night we spotted two cormorants in the bay and a boar piglet in the garden! in the evening opposite the pizza resturant (delicious) the wild boar come down from the forest as the chefs throw them the scraps! The accomodation is basic but clean and quirky and adequate. Astrid, Gloria and their parents cant help enough they really are lovely people and lent us thier bikes which were invaluable for nipping over to the local supermarket. We were lucky enough to catch a festival at the village nxt door which was great fun. the bus service to Alghero was also good and stops right outside. We definatley recommend this apartment.
