The property is located within a land of 10.000sm in an exclusive area near by the property of italian ex Premier Silvio Berlusconi 'la Certosa' in Porto Rotondo, one of the worldwide most famous village in Sardinia. In our garden grows a lot of olive trees, wild olives, orleanderbushes, ginepro trees and a variety of blooming plants and an almost 1000 year old olive tree.The house(named Casa Rosa)consist of two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom, kitchnette and patio. A wonderful swimming pool is available. Few minutes from all the 80 beaches and bays of Costa Smeralda. Also the elegant shops, restaurants and the Marina are reachable walking.

Michelle says: "We had a wonderful time during our stay at Casa Rosa. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained and the pool area is lovely. Bruno and Martina were friendly and helpful hosts. The villa itself is a little on the small side but is well equipped and nicely presented. The location allows security and privacy whilst still being within easy walking access of Porto Rotondo (although this is via a main road so would be unsuitable for children)
The only negative would be the rather high cost of the towels/linen - £45 per person paid locally seemed a little excessive especially as no cleaning was included."
