In our garden grows a lot of olive trees, wild olives, orleanderbushes, gineprotrees and a variety of blooming plants and an almost 1000 year old olive tree.The villa is 130 square meters and consist of a large living area on two levels, kitchenette, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. A wonderful swimming pool is available within the property. Few minutes from all the 80 beaches and bays of Costa Smeralda. The elegant shops, restaurants and the Marina are reachable walking.
