a sunny apartment in the second floor (without elevator) of an historical 15th century building in the very centre of the medieval town of Alghero, with a fantastic big terrace in front of the touristic harbour and windows on the Piazza Civica, the square where Emperor Charles V° said "todos caballeros" to the people of Alghero. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms, all the facilities, completely furnished.
You can reach the next beach by walking along the harbour and the seashore for 10-15 minutes; from the harbour you can take lovely trips on the fishermen's boats, and go by boat to the "Grotte di Nettuno" marine caves.
You are in the very centre of Alghero, with shops, restaurants, buses, touristic informations point, fish and vegetables market at maximum 5 minutes distance 

Alghero town is fantastic even in cold months: try a Christmas and New Year holiday with street entertainers, music everywhere, all the little shops open with bargains!
February and march offer the sea urchins Fair, with all the restaurants and little cabins in the sea-side preparing all sorts of dishes with this delicate sea-food.
Remember: the apt is perfectly heated.

The terrace is large and overlooks the water, and we enjoyed many evenings there with a bottle of wine and cooking on the bbq provided. the apartment has just the best location! it is very near the bus stop from the airport, 10 minutes walk to a nice sandy beach, 2 minutes walk to the marina wich comes alive in the evenings with street entertainers. The old town wich is packed with little shops and restaurants is lovely to explore and is just a short walk away too. The apartment overlooks a lovely historical square, where you can sit outside with a coffee and croisant in the morning and quietly people watch.
