Nestled on the side of a hill, in the Madonie Park (Parco delle Madonie) 250 meters above sea level, the estate is surrounded by citrus and olive groves, a variegated orchard and it enjoys from its two marvellous terraces breathtaking views over the Rocca of Cefalù an Tyrrenium sea . The villa has at its disposal a garden of 3.000 mq and a private parking area.

The old farm, formerly used in the production of cheese, was restored and today transformed into a cosy Villa. The Villa consists of 4 rooms (each with a private entrance) that are all furnished with a distinctive elegant simplicity, ideal for a relaxing holiday. All the rooms have private bathroom, linen, air conditioning,
fridge and TV. One of the room has a living room with a sofa bed. In an another of the rooms, besides, it is possible - on request – to insert an extra single bed or a bunked bed. The villa has at his disposal, a completely furnished kitchen an a gazebo (made of wood and wrougt iron and glass completely closed) used as living room from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of the garden. It’s present, also a beautiful barbecue corner.
