Pietralia Soprana is located in southeast part of Palermo province. The small village is at almost 1200m above the sea level; from the top of the town you can catch a glimpse of the Volcano Etna and Mount Nebrodi. The area gives the tourists a pleasant feeling atmosphere of the daily life in Sicily, bringing the people nearer to the local culture and traditions. Petralia Soprana is an ideal place for those people who really seek relax and peace and they would like to escape away form the noisy cities and come into contact with the nature and countryside life. The Masseria Sgadari is located in the countryside next to the Madonie Natural Reserve in the heart of an extensive country estate near to the village of San Giovanni. The old stables, the granaries, and the stalls have been transformed into charming apartments, which are furnished with elegance and style. The atmosphere is quiet and intimate and the spaces inspire a sense of inner peace. The Complex is surrounded by an historic garden, a wood of oak and conifer trees with plenty of hidden corners. Inside there are several communal areas such as the charming old stables, reception area, and a swimming pool. The Farmhouse has a splendid swimming pool with views of the surrounding hills, which to enjoy the peace and tranquillity of this place. Some of the unit has a living room area (some with kitchen) with a sofa bed, a bedroom with double bed and bathroom with shower. 

Breakfast is included in the price. The use of the swimming pool (open from 1st June to 30th October, subject to whether condition) is exclusively for the guestv- In the property there is at guest’s disposal a restaurant with local products-based menu and typical traditional recipes. 

The farm house comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the farm house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.
