It is a wonderfull villa directly on the sand beach of Avola.
From the ground floor, You just have to make some stairs down and you are in the sand beach, large, blu sea, beautiful.
The access to the free sand beach is directed. It is very pleasant at the sunset to be under the veranda with the charming sight of the sea.
On the entrance street of the structure there is the parking area, with close gate.
The villa is along the coast of Avola, approximately 1 km from the center.
From Avola it is easy to get the places of cultural interest of our zone of Siracusa, like the famous necropoli Paltalica, the natural smalls lake of Cavagrande of the Cassibile, Siracusa with its archaeological zone (Theatres Greek and roman, ear of Dionisio...) and its ancient part Ortigia... Then Noto, famous as Capital of Barocco style is jst 10 km away!
