The property is situated approx 1 km away form Ustica town centre and 300 m away from Cala San Paolo (Grotte delle Barche). This area is very particular for its natural beauty and scenarios. The Villa has two double bedrooms (one with A/C), on bedroom with bankbed, a spacious living room with sofabed and TV SAT. There is also a bathroom with shower as well as a external shower for hot summer. The huge terrace gives a breathtaking of the surrounding area. There is also a barbeque area and car parking. The Villa is very near to the bus stop and easily connected to the town centre. The property is ideal for a group of friends as well as families who want to have their own privacy and enjoy the countryside of the Island. 

Ustica is renowned for its crystal-clear waters and for its marine reserve, boasting some of the best-preserved flora and fauna in the Mediterranean Sea. The tiny island is approx 9 km across situated north of Palermo. Roughly 1500 people live there. Ustica is particularly known for scuba diving, with a number of diving schools established on the island. Recreational divers are attracted by the relatively deep dives, which are a feature of the islands volcanic geology.  

We provide return transfer free of charge from Ustica Port to property. Rates include: water, electricity, A/C, TV, cutlery, 24/7 assistance. Luggage Deposit provided free of charge. Spare room with shower provided free of charge at the departure. Check in time no earlier than 16:00. Check out time no later than 10:00. The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 double and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Linving Room 1 double bunk bed located in the Bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a washing machine. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
