Nestled on the side of a hill, in the Madonie Park (Parco delle Madonie) 250 meters above sea level, the estate is surrounded by citrus and olive groves, a variegated orchard and it enjoys from its two marvellous terraces breathtaking views over the Rocca of Cefalù an Tyrrenium sea . The villa has at its disposal a garden of 3.000 mq and a private parking area.
The old farm, formerly used in the storage of olive, was restored and today transformed into a cosy Small Villa. The Villa consists of two rooms (each with a private entrance) that are all furnished with a distinctive elegant simplicity, ideal for a relaxing holiday. All the rooms have private bathroom, linen, air conditioning,
fridge and TV (lcd 26 inch). In the other room, besides, it is possible - on request – to insert an extra single bed. The villa consist, also, of a living room completely closed by glass windows from where you can enjoy a beautiful view of Rocca di Cefalù and Tyrrenium Sea. The living room has a sofa bed and kitchen corner. It’s present, also a beautiful barbecue corner.
