Pretty villa located in the renowned and splendid Natural Marine Protected Area "Plemmirio", on the east coast of Syracuse. Its the youngest marine oasis of Italy, established in 2005. A stretch of coast unique, beautiful and evocative, simply visit during an excursion on the mainland or its plunging into the sea.

The villa, furnished carefully and very elegant, is divided into a main body (the "villa" in fact) that can give hospitality to 4 persons, and a pretty but at the same spacious annex adjacent, which can accommodate 3 more people. 

The Villa: finely furnished, on the ground floor presents a unique and broad environment which includes: sitting room with TV and corner fireplace, living room-dining room, kitchen and laundry service. On the first floor there are two bedrooms and a service with shower. Both rooms are equipped with large terraces.
The Dependance: nice and spacious, fully furnished and equipped, is made available to families that have more than 4 elements. It can accommodate 3 more people. It consists of: large living room with corner-TV, which arranged a splendid wrought iron sofa that serves as a bed, kitchen, bedroom and service with shower, laundry. 

Outside both single housing enjoy wide verandas, independent terrace, garden with lawn and decorated with beautiful flowers and plants, equipped barbecue corner, but above all a wonderful private pool for the exclusive use of guests.

Two bedrooms are in the main villa and a bedroom is in the dependance. The bedroom in the dependace has a private bathroom and it may be triple. In that way the villa may accommodate up to 7 people.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the dependance. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The villa has television.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.
