The Villa Vica is set in a calm bathing zone of the Syracuse area, from which all the places of tourist interest of the province are easy gettable.
It’s a private and independent structure to exclusive use of its guests it has a beautiful garden very well kept with lawn, several flowers plants, miscellaneous kinds of palms, all makes a frame the house.
The particularity of this villa is in the access to the beach, thanks to a cove inside the property where there are some steps that take you down directly to the sea. Besides this access, the hosts can also use another scale that is in common use with the next villa.
The sea sight is wonderful because the villa dominates from the top all the below bay, for this reason it seems to be “appeared at the Eden balcony”. The sight from above allows to enjoy all the colors and the cleanness of this sea that has few equal ones in Sicily. The beach and its ground are sandy, this coast is surrounded by natural cliff walls that seem to embrace it in order to make it a very quiet place, far away from the noises and the confusion typical of the others beaches. Regarding to the sea grounds, particular seaweeds grow spontaneously and it is typical of this zone, known for its probable curative power, but that certainly give a beautiful visual effect since it seems a carpet of marine grass and over which it is possible to take a walk having under the feet an pleasant feeling of soft this kind of seaweed grows only where the sea is particularly clean.

Entering in the property a small street divides the two apartments of the villa, that one of left is the largest main one, it has 4 sleeps and it’s made as it follows: wide stay and dining room, with sofas, fireplace, TV perfectly equipped kitchen with microwaves, toaster and American coffee pot 2 double bedrooms 2 bathrooms with shower. The second apartment – 3 sleeps, a dependence, has an income, a twin bedded room, a single bedroom, a bathroom with shower. The main apartment have 4 air conditioning systems the dependence has one air-co.
Outside we find the equipped and shadowed verandas, barbecue, external shower (cold water), private parking along the tree-lined avenue at the entrance of the villa with closed gate.
