Victoria is a charming and spacious 7 bedrooms villa (520m²) with a garden (800m²) in excellent location of the holiday resort lake Lipno. It has got luxurious and modern furnishings and a self contained apartment which offers an extra space when used e.g. by two families. The main features are a see-through fireplace between the dining and living room, large glass doors offering stunning panoramatic views over the lake Lipno and the surrounding mountains. The master bedroom has got an en-suite bathroom. Five sleeping rooms have got walk-in wardrobe.

Lipno is the largest artificial lake in the Czech Republic. It covers an area of 4,870 km whereas the length is almost 50 km. The gigantic water reservoir was built on the upper part of the Vltava River in the 50th of the last century to prevent catastrophic floods such as those in the past. It has also become a popular recreation area offering a wide range of facilities for all kinds of water sports, fishing and recreation.

Ski Resort Kramolín Lipno is the fifth best resort in the Czech Republic. It features a seated cable railway and three ski lifts, all of them having a total transportation capacity of 4,800 persons per hour. The resort also features six downhill courses of all difficulty level types in a total approximate length of 5.5 kilometers, and a quality Snowpark with a number of obstacles. There is a Foxpark with children’s ski lift and two movable carpets and all this is designed for kids. A large-capacity parking lot is located just by the cable railway. Vicinity of the resort features treated cross-country ski tracks in approximate length of 46 kilometers. Treatment of cross-country ski tracks is financed by the European Union. The resort also features machine-treated downhill courses, optional evening skiing, snowmaking system technology, skiing school, rentals of ski and snowboard equipment, and ski-bus transportation.


The Aquaworld is situated in a village Lipno nad Vltavou, in the area of a recreational park Marina Lipno. There are many attractions and services prepared for the visitors: a rectangular swimming pool (16 x 8 meters), a circular swimming pool with various attractions with a 16 meters diameter, wild water with waves and contra-flow, a children paddling pool with a water mushroom, a whirlpool, a pool with massage nozzles, a bead deck with air grid, a compressive shower, a bead seat with air nozzles, then there are two Finnish saunas with herb essences, massages.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 15 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
