The house was built in 2004 and was completely re-furbished and up-graded to its present high specification in August 2007. It is very large and has plenty of room to sustain 10 occupants, in a comfortable and spacious house. It has a new Mezzannine built into the Roof structure, which is superb, and can itself, sleep 4 people. The house has a double garage, and the property has a lawn which surrounds the house, with several types of fruit trees growing.The village in which the house is situated, is very quite and peaceful, and is in the centre of a wooded valley with superb views in every direction. The village itself, has restaraunts and shops only a very short walk from the house, but only 5klms away is the town of LIMANOWA, which has even more facilities.
Please Note: This rental property, is situated approx 85 klms ( 1.5 hours drive) from the airport, and although is central to most activities, such as local towns and Skiing, it is essential that you utilize the services of a Hire car for the duration of your holiday. We have included links to the most common and reasonably priced Local car rental companies, such as Hertz, Europecar etc, which have their offices based at KRAKOW airport, making the collection and return of your hire car simple. 

The house is fitted with a new PVC doors and windows throughout the whole house, and a new gas central heating system, which will keep the house warm inside when the temperature outside is cold, alternativly, in summer the house remains cool during those hot days. The house has 3 levels. The basement, which consists of a toilet, wash room, storage room, and double garage. level 1 ( first floor )which consists of the large living/dining room, bathroom with shower, kitchen, small storage room, and bedroom with twin single beds. LEVEL 2 ( second floor ) There are 2 double sized bedrooms on this floor, both have king size beds, and there is another bathroom on this level, fitted with Corner bath and large shower. LEVEL 3 is where you find the Mezzanine, which occupies all of what would have been the large loft/roof space. In this Mezzanine you will find one King size bed, and 2 single beds.

Although it has been indicated that smoking is allowed at the property, in the interest of safety and comfort for non-smokers, smoking will only be allowed in the BASEMENT area, or outside. ( Including the Balcony, )

The house comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the LIVING ROOM. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer is also available for your use.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Within easy reach of the house you will find swimming, sailing, flying, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema.

There are Two new 1.5 klm long ski slopes only 2 -3 klms Drive from the house.

Barry says: "Having stayed here in December of 2008, I can say that the house really does look that good when it’s covered in snow! This fabulous house is situated in a quiet, peaceful and beautiful location, but is also close enough to the village centre to make it an easy stroll. The house is beautifully decorated throughout and offers a warm welcoming feel as soon as you walk in, particularly with the open log fire in the living room. The bedrooms are comfortable and spacious with plenty of cupboard and storage space. The bathrooms are spacious and very well equipped (all of them), and I particularly like the under floor heating! There is a good choice of entertainment to relax with in the evenings with satellite TV, DVD player, games console or board games, if you wish. Not something you would normally find in rented accommodation, unless you paid extra for it. We were a group of ten people and I can safely say that, with the open style lounge and dining area, there was never an occasion when it felt cramped or over crowded. The owners have put a lot of thought into providing a very comprehensive folder of information for the local and surrounding areas, with everything from most popular tourist attractions, where to change money and the best locations for skiing. I’m sure it’s as lovely in the summer as it was, covered in snow in the winter  Very highly recommended. "
