The cottage is a traditional Greek stone "kalivi" (country house) renovated to the most modern standards. Such traditional touches as authentic Greek tiles, family sleeping platform, indoor fireplaces and outdoor grilling facilities have all been lovingly preserved and restored. The surrounding 2.5 acres of plum, apricot, and olive trees ensures your quiet privacy.  

The cottage is conveniently centrally located -- 15 minutes in any direction brings you to 5 different beaches or the main town of Skopelos where you find numerous fine restaurants, tavernas and an excellent night life. You will need a car to get to and from the cottage and town, but also to get around and explore the island. 

Skopelos is the "greenest" island in Greece. Over 70% of the island is protected forest lands. Walking out of the cottage front door and you can explore the numerous varieties of flora and fauna found on the island. Some excellent walks can be had on old "monopatis" -- flagstoned goat trails from the time before cars and roads (the first road to span the island was completed in 1965). If you want to relax on the sand and swim in the crystal clear waters of the Mediterranean, seven beaches can be found within 15 min of the cottage. 

Cottage has 180 degree view looking East to Alonissos Island, South across the Potami Valley of Skopelos and West to the island of Evia.

The cottage comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 1 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the cottage cool.
