The Marina and all the other developments are less than 2 minutes walk away. Neighbouring complexes whose facilities you can use include Lazur, Diamond, Monastery, Bells, La Dolce Vita, Compass, Riviera and South Beach. This means you have many restaurants and pools to choose from as well as a tennis court, a gym, internet room and shops. There are two beaches within a few minutes walk .

The village is located just behind the complex which means it has easy access to the main square with all its restaurants, shops, health centre, bars, internet cafes, bank and post office.
SUNNYBEACH is only about 5kms away and easily accessible by taxi, resort shuttle service or local bus. In fact the local bus stop is conveniently located just at the entrance to the complex.
This makes the apartment ideal for families/couples who want to be near to the lively (and more expensive) resort but wish to retire to a more idealic setting.
The Historic Town of Nesabar, which can be seen from the apartment, can be reached by SHUTTLE BOAT as well as the normal transport. 

FLIGHTS -For the coast, Bourgas is the nearest airport and is about 20 mins away and transfers can be arranged.
The flight time is under 3-31/2 hours.
Also consider Varna which has more flights. It is about one and a half hours away but transfers are available.

The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Z-bed,living area, 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Area. This gives room for up to 4 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The apartment is right beside swimming, tennis, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Close to the apartment you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find mountain biking, golf, a museum.

Some of the on site facilities are on neighbouring Complexes. There is an internet cafe close by.

There are 2 Aquaparks&Go-Karting less than 10 mins drive with regular free bus shuttle to parks.
