Spacious 2 storey chalet - one of forty, located in a little hamlet just outside Stadl with a communal swimming pool.
Sleeps 4-8, with two bedrooms and bathrooms, TV, living and dining areas, kitchen, conservatory and large upstairs balcony.
The chalet is heated with a feature gas fire and under floor heating, there is a family sized sauna and the all important boot warmer.
There are local shops and many restaurants and bars just a short drive away.
 

In the winter – skiing at 1700 and 2200mtrs it boasts some of Austria’s most snow sure skiing.
In the summer – there is a stunning 18hole golf course, horse riding, hiking, fishing, swimming and mountain biking.
 

The new on site swimming pool and the ski lifts (300 meters away) are due to be available from the winter of 2008

The ski chalet comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 2 twin. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the in the conservatory and lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The ski chalet has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The ski chalet has a sauna.

The ski chalet has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The ski chalet is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The ski chalet is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, mountain biking, skiing/snowboarding, tennis, a sports center.

Close to the ski chalet you will find boat hire, fishing, climbing, horse riding, golf, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.
