The Villa:
"Cocoon 7" is without doubt one of the most amazing and unique villas you will ever experience. Set within it's own 7,000 square metre ground and with an approximate value of 3 million euros (over £2 millon!) this villa offers the ultimate in superior and spacious accommodation. Set right on the sea front, with three terraces overlooking the pool and sea this is what memorable holidays are made of.
The villa is uniquely set within the grounds of the prestigious 4 star Aguamarina Hotel. It is important to note that the villa is completely separate from the hotel, with gated grounds and total privacy. A separate drive way entrance through electric gated gives access for 4 cars
This incredible villa to rent in Golf Del Sur is a complete experience. The villa has it's own pool and 7000 Square metres of gardens! The owner does however have an agreement with the 4 star Aguamarina hotel for their guests to use the pool. This is not the hotels main pool and is not attached to the hotel itself so is therefore very quiet. Beyond the pool is the hotels beach club, which can be used by the guests of the villa.
The Hotel does have a gym and indoor pool which can also be used by guests at a very reasonable price.
It is important to note that the whilst the villa has grounds within the hotel, the grounds are actually owned by the villa owner! Therefore the area around the villa is completely private and gated off from the hotel. It is not possible for any Hotel guest to be able to come anywhere near the villa.
The villa has gorgeous views overlooking the pool to the Aguamarina Beach Club with the sea beyond.
Internally the it is absolutely stunning. As you walk in you will be greeted by a very impressive entrance hall. From here the only decision you have to make it which room to look at first!! From here there are offshoots to the many rooms the villa holds. These include:
The upstairs bedroom, 2 downstairs bedrooms, main cloakroom, the wine cellar, the downstairs 'snug' seating area, the kitchen, the huge living room... the list goes on and on!!
No expense has been spared on all the furnishings. It was furnished as a home, way before the thought of renting it came into the owners mind. The fixtures and fittings are superb, the decor is beautifully presented and there are some lovely light fittings and picutres dotted all around.
The location of the villa could not be better. The new marina is just to the right of the villa as you look out to sea. To the left is a very picturesque sea front promenade full of good quality bars and restaurants. A very pleasant 15 minute walk along this promenade will take you to the resort centre. A supermarket is a 2 minute walk from the villa.
For the avid golfer there is a 27 hole golf course at Golf Del Sur and the villa is a 2 minunte drive from the 1st tee.

The living room is Huge and is on two levels. It has many features but includes 4 comfy sofas, armchairs, a writing bureau and a flat screen satellite Television (German and some English channels - UK channels include Sky one, Sky News, UKGold, Living, and many more).
The fully fitted separate kitchen is Fresh and sparkling and includes a washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
The kitchen has gorgeous views over the pool to the sea.
The dining area raised up and looks over the living area. There is room for 8 people around the table. A lovely chandelier is above and some very impressive pictures hang on the wall.
Each of the 3 bedrooms have twin beds and ensuites. These are all very large bathrooms with walk-in baths and showers cubicles! Bedrooms 1 and 2 also have sea views.
The master bedroom is the only bedroom upstairs. There is a lovely private terrace of the master with sea and pool views. It also has it's own jacuzzi room - the perfect place to unwind with a glass of bubbly!!
Many of the windows in the villa have remote controlled blinds.

Golf Del Sur is a very pretty resort on the south coast of Tenerife only 10 minutes drive from the airport. It has all the facilities you would expect from a high quality holiday resort with some really nice bars and restaurants and of course a championship golf course.
