Our 3 bedroom 3 bathroomed luxury villa is a must for anyone wanting a relaxing, chilled out holiday, with all the comforts of home. The complex is only small with 10 villas and a lovely quiet communal pool, where you can soak up the sun while admiring the great views to Mount Teide.

From our balcony and roof terrace there are wonderful sea views and you can watch the spectacular sun sets over La Gomera whilst sipping Cava on the balcony. 

Why not try the local bars for some cheap beer and pizzas, or if you fancy a stroll along the sea front there are some very nice "posh" restaurants, only 5 minutes from the villa. If you wnat soemthing a little more lively, the two Hotels at the side of the villa have evening entertainment, greta for kids and adults alike, or for a typical tourists night out, with all night bars and clubs, take a taxi in to Las Americas, only 10 minutes drive away.

Playa Paraiso itself is only 10 minutes on foot and has some typical sports bars and cheap restaurants, plus supermarkets, car hire, etc. Live entertainment and all the tourist trappings. 

If you wnat to hire a car, or even take the bus - las Americas and Los Cristianos are only 10 and 15 minutes from the villa, or why not try some of the smaller towns and villages for a taste of real Canarian life. Take an afternoon drive up Mount Tieide, where you can take the cable car to the volcano - wait until dark and watch the shooting stars!

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this villa.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a south facing balcony, sea views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, tennis, a sports center, scuba diving, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find climbing, mountain biking, historic sites, a museum.

Reid says: "We booked this Villa for a winter get away with some much needed sun. We had initial problems getting to the villa late on a Saturday night. Unfortunately all the supermarkets were closed, but Pauline and Bill who greeted us on arrival were fantastic and gave us some much needed food and drink to keep us going until the next day. The Villa is stunning. The living area is wonderful and we could even keep up to date with news at home thanks to the freeview. The master bedroom is fantastic with a great ensuite. It was a real advantage having secure garage under the house, and the private hot tub was a hit! The villa can not be faulted, and we even took a dip in the unheated communial pool which never had more than 3 people in at once, and has hammock type loungers to sunbathe on. The only negative about the villa is it is overlooked from the hotel behind, but this is far outweighed by the positives. Some people have mentioned lots of noise from the large hotel behind the villa, but we never heard a sound. The local area is slowly developing, and has no real beaches, but many nice rocky coves. It is literally a 5 minute drive to a big supermarket and only 10 minutes drive to playa de las americas, with a 1.50 euro bus trip also available. A taxi late at night cost 14 euros. I would recommend a beach called playa fanabe between playa Paraiso (the villa) and las Americas, as it is quieter than the big resorts and you dont see huge groups of drunk people all day! There is a lovely bar on the left headland as you look out to sea, where a drink while the sunsets over La Gomera is simply perfect. In Summary: Great Villa, Good location, Will be back!"
