These newly built and furnished holiday houses offer you everything you need in the charming alpine Wildschönau Valley with its four villages, Niederau, Oberau, Auffach and Thierbach lies in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps.

You can park your car undercover in a car port attached to the house. Each house has approximately 110 m2 living area. The ground floor consists of an open plan tastefully decorated living/dining room/ kitchen, with satellite TV, stereo, DVD player, internet connection and telephone. From here you can step out onto an 18 m2 stone terrace. The kitchen is fully fitted with all up to date appliances. A washing machine is in the utility room opposite the downstairs toilet.
An attractive wooden staircase takes you up to the three double bedrooms, two with balcony. There you will also find a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet.
A warm cosy atmosphere is created by wooden floors throughout the house and together with underfloor heating the combination provides for your well-being.
 
The price includes all running costs, bed-clothes and towels.

An early morning fresh bread delivery service is available. Should you arrive late you can send us a shopping list allowing you a smooth start to your holiday. Payment can be made direct at the supermarket.

If you would like we can order your lift pass (prices attached) in advance (no extra cost for the service) enabling you to start skiing immediately without wasting precious time queuing at the lift pass counter. You can also pre-book your ski school tickets. (see prices)

If you do not want to cook during your holiday we can offer you a meal voucher € 12.- for adults and € 6.- for children which can be used for a fixed three course evening meal at most hotels and guest houses.
In the Gasthof Schneeberger, only 50m from the holiday village, you can have a four course fixed evening meal and if you make a reservation for six days you can use their sauna and steam bath free of charge.

The ski chalet comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The ski chalet has 1 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The ski chalet has dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

"Very Simple to book and get access to the property. All the pre booking details were met along with the shopping list meal vouchers etc. Fantastic house with great amenities. Very Friendly Staff If you have a car its a very central place to access the whole of the Tyrol, only about 1 - 1.5 hours from Glaciers and a very beautiful valley."
