The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the In apartment lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Rob says: "I would like to thank the owners and management team for a wonderfull holiday we had at Serendipity . We took our baby daughter on her 1st holiday and found the villa to be good in terms of it being child friendly . A child cot was provided on our arrival which we had asked for . As my wife is Spanish and from the north of the country , it was her first trip to the area , of which she loved . There were numerous attractions and facilities all within a 20 minute drive . Beach was only 10 minutes in a car . It was very surprising to see Cornish Pasties on sale in the area . We had to eat them as i have loads of friend from Cornwall and when we visit , the first thing we buy are those 'ansom' pasties . Villa was excellently clean and fresh and pool was to 'die' for . Will return in 3 years Phil , if you still have the villa . Have told Phil to upload some better photos of his villa as the pics on the web don't do it justice .
