This end terrace property offers stunning views to the mountains in the north and the salt lakes and sea to the south. The roof solarium has a table, six chairs, 2 sun lounges and a barbeque to help enjoy the ambiance of the property. The main bedroom has a double bed and built in wardrobes which lead on to a south facing balcony. The second bedroom has a set of bunk beds and a single bed, sleeping 3. Downstairs we have a fully functional kitchen with all modern appliances provided e.g. washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, sandwich maker, cooker etc. which overlooks the pool where the kids can be playing as you are making the dinner. The living area has a table and 6 chairs as well as a 2 seater sofa and 3 seater sofa bed where you can relax at the end of the day and enjoy satellite TV (Temp. unavailable), Video/selection of videos and games for the kids. The lounge leads on to another balcony ideal for breakfast in the morning - for paces from the terrace at the door and you are in the pool area .

The property is set in the peaceful setting of the Spanish countryside among the many orange and lemon groves that cover the area near the village of Algorfa. Views from the house stretch across the orange groves to the salt lakes in the south to the mountains and valleys in the North. It can be reached from the airports of Alicante and Murcia which are both half an hour from the house. A radius of 20 minutes covers 5 championship golf courses one of which, La Finca, is on your doorstep- a must for all golf enthusiasts. The blue flag beaches of Guardemar, La Zenia, Cabo Roig and Campomoar are only 15min away. The town of Torrevieja is only 10min away offering all you could ask for - beaches, marina, market, shops, water park, bars, restaurants. Although in the country you are only a stone throw away from the AP-7 motorway which allows you to explore places further afield e.g. Cartegena, Murcia, Alicante, Elche, Benidorm etc.

 

Algorfa The local village offers shops for all your daily needs from bakers, butchers, general stores, bars. It is set around the local square where you can enjoy a cappuccino while taking in the ambiance. The road from the house to the village passes the local tennis club which is floodlit, contains a bar and restaurant and a kids play area. Passing through the village brings you to Almoradi where the Saturday morning market is excellent for buying all your fruit and veg and presents for taking home.
Golfers Paradise La Finca, La Marquesa, Los Ramblas, Campomoar and Villamartin are 5 championship golf courses just waiting to test the skills of the novice golfer all the way through to the scratch golfer. La Finca is preparing to bid to hold the Ryder cup such is the quality of the course. Villamartin has held the Spanish open. La Marquesa and Campomoar are new clubs and Los Ramblas would terrify even Tiger Woods. Campomoar has a fantastic restaurant and bar with swimming pool to relax by after your fulfilling round. Clubs and electric buggies can be hired at all the courses.

The villa comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room, 1 double bunk bed located in the twin room, which also has 1 single bed. This gives room for up to 7 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
