The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Adrian says: "Location of property (15 mins walk from beach) and space of property was excellent. On-site management were very helpful, although didn't have best grasp on English. Biggest problems experienced while we were there were poor water supply and one of showers refusing to run hot. That said as Turkey is having a drought, there's not a great deal that could be done about the former. Pool was a good size and proximity to Long Beach (far nicer than Ladies Beach) and ease of catching dolmus into Kusadasi Centre made it an excellent base for a holiday. As someone who's not been to Turkey before it would be helpful if there was some leaflets in the villa of places to go, recommendations of restaurants etc. Very enjoyable time and would recommend both Kusadassi and Villa. "
