This magnificent large early 19th century villa, which is the owner's personal residence, has been lovingly restored to maintain the romantic ambience of a previous age. It has a wealth of original features; painted trompe l'oeil ceiling, terracotta tiled floors and period antique furniture all in keeping with the original Tuscan style whilst incorporating the luxury of every modern convenience. Both the spacious salon, with a period marble fireplace, and the dining room, with trompe l'oeil ceiling and painted panelled walls, have shuttered french doors which open out onto a large terracotta terrace with central fountain. To the side of the terrace is a large beamed loggia, seating 14 people for al fresco eating, a sitting area, a wood burning oven for pizzas, and a barbecue. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms/showers (3 en-suite). The glorious elevated position allows a stunning vista from each of the rooms making this the most sought after property. Authentic Tuscan Recipes prepared by our Italian Cook upon request. Bed and Breakfast available on shorts stays off season October 1st to May 1st. Flexible check in days. Please look at menu and email property manager directly for short stay programs. Minimum of three nights off season.



The meals will be prepared and cooked in your house, but please note the following points:-


• Two days notice is needed prior to the date of the meal. The number of people to be served is to be specified at the time of ordering.


• The meal chosen from the menu will be the same for all guests. (An exception will be made for vegetarians.)

• It is estimated that a meal of four courses for four people, plus preparation time will cost in the region of €100 or £70, (excluding wine). Preparation time is charged at €18 per hour and shopping at €10 per hour.
• On completion of preparation, cooking, etc. a total of the hours worked & the cost of food & wine (if ordered) will be presented. This amount must be paid in cash, to the owners, by the end of each week.
• The cook is happy to choose wines to complement your meal for you, or you may prefer to buy your own.
• If you have a favourite dish which is not on the menu, please ask the cook in advance and we will try to find a recipe to suit.
• Please give the cook advance notice of any food allergies or dietary requirements.





 

360 degree views from this mountain top estate. Magnificent. Very cool and fresh air quality due to it's position. Terrace and outdoor seating area is very large and comfortable for sun bathing and eating outside. Villa is tastefully decorated for the discriminating traveler with period antiques. Idyllic setting and professionally manicured gardens surround the house for your enjoyment.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a garden, a north facing patio area, a south facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, fishing, flying, horse riding, skiing/snowboarding, a sports center, historic sites, a museum, a theatre/cinema, a restaurant.
