The apartment is in a small farm complex and consists of three + two double bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, large hall/dining room and loggia for eating ‘al fresco’. The farm (minus cellar area used by owners) is available middle of June through september, for the rest of the year rooms with own kitchen and bathroom can be rented.The farm has a large swimming pool (22mx8m) open between 1st april and 31st october, a rather ancient tennis court, functional however, barbeque, lots of land, olive grove, orchard and woods and spectacular veiws of Chianti hills and mountains, guests are welcome to use our farm produce, olive oil, vegetables fruit, poultry produce and local wine. The farm is within easy walking distance of trattorie, pizzerie and shops. There are many historical villages, churches and lovely countryside nearby. There are also 'Outlets' selling Gucci, Armani, Prada produce within easy driving distance. Florence, Arezzo and Siena can be easily reached by car or train, and for longer visits to Florence we can usualy provide accomadiation. It is a good idea to have car, but there is public transport, though not frequent, the station is a 15 minute drive away. Florence airport is the nearest, Pisa however is more economical and can be reached easily by fast roads, also good train or coach service. 

 

 

The swimming pool is open from 1st april until 31st of october. The whole farmhouse (minus cellar area used by owners) is rentable middle of June through September, during the rest of the year rooms with own kitchen and bathroom are available.

The farm house comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the bedrooms. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The farm house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The farm house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this farm house.

The farm house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a balcony, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking.

The farm house is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, tennis.

Close to the farm house you will find mountain biking, horse riding, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the farm house you will find climbing, golf, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

Tracey says: "We have just come back from the most fantastic two weeks staying at le Botti. Joanna and Piero are fantastic hosts and you really could not ask for anything more than this great property provides. Red wine was provided daily - it just seems to evaporate in the heat! Joanna kept us well stocked with their own olive oil and we picked our own tomatoes, figs and pears from the grounds. The pool is superb and the villa is in a great location. You can walk into the nearby village - 5 minutes away - and get great food or it is only 6 or 7 minutes down the hill into Figline. From Figline, the train into Florence takes about 20 minutes. I cant reccommend the place and owners enough. Just make sure that Joanna sits down once in a while!"
