Restructured in 2000 and divided in 10 finely furnished one-bedroom apartments, fit to accommodate 2 to 5 people. The building is surrounded by 3 hectares property with barbecue’s area, olive trees and poplars fields. The 14 x7 meters wide swimming-pool is supplied with bathrooms and dressing-rooms. Private parking and laundry-room are also available.

Deceptively peaceful setting overlooking rural Tuscany with vinyards and olive trees, even though the property is on the border of a residential area - this though means that it is extremely convenient to easily walk into the centre of Colle Val d'Elsa.
All in all we were very plesed with our stay and would like these comments to be passed to the owner if at all possible"
