THE APPARTMENT is part of the prestigious Ercoleland compound on the hillside over the sea. It is a peaceful and relaxing location ideal for ‘far niente’, sea life, walks or tourism.
Nicely decorated, the appartment develops on two floors. It is 75 sqm large, and has a terrace and a very nice patio . On the ground floor it accomodates a living room and a fully equipped kitchen, on the first floor a large master bedroom, a bedroom with twin beds and a modern bathroom.
The spacious patio will allow you to relax and sunbath or dine "all aperto" enjoying one of the most extraordinary panoramas with a view of the beautifull coast and the "Isolotto".


ERCOLELAND is a beautiful summer residence with greenery, paths and a nicely shaped swimming pool with deck chairs and beach umbrellas. Houses and apartments are all different in shape and size and intermingle in a way that everyone enjoys its full privacy. The residence enjoys a private access to a rocky beach equipped with platforms where you can bring and store your beach accessories.
The place is ideal for families as you can leave safely your children wonder around the residence, go to the swimming pool or to the beach.

 

Monte Argentario is a picturesque peninsula that offers long sandy beaches and spectacular bays sometimes accessible only by boat! With its dense maquis (tipical mediterannean vegetation) and the breathtaking views bikers or hikers will enjoy discovering the vicinities with ancient spanish watch towers and fortresses.

Porto Ercole is a charming old fishermans village surrounded by Spanish forts. It offers a wide variety of shops, bars, restaurants and cafés. All services including banks, doctors, are available at the village.

Boats can be hired for daily rides along the beautiful peninsula coast to disciver secluded bays and dramatic cliffs.

The islands of Giglio and Giannutri are the pearls of the Tuscan Archipelago and are well worth visiting.

Orbetello surrounded by its lagoon, Talamone, Scansano Montemerano are among the nearby many places of interest were you will find interesting medieval sites, monuments, churches and lovely atmosphere.

In the mainland, wine lovers will be interested in visiting some excellent wine producers from the nearby Morellino di Scansano region or further away the vinyards of Brunello di Montalcino.

The Natural Park of Uccellina and the olive oil area of Canino are also worth to visit.

- 10 minutes drive from the Feniglia: one of the most beautiful sandy beaches of Tuscany. Behind the beach is a magnificent pine forest with deer and other wildlife. Bicycles can be hired to ride through the forest and one can stop along the way to swim. It is an ideal destination if you have children.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.
