Fraser says: "Have tried previously to review but not seen.
We did not get the apartment we had booked according to the Villarenters website.
We believed we had rented an apartment with a washing machine and with airconditioning. We got an apartment with no washing machine and, while there were airconditioning machines physically on the wall in bedroom and in the other room these did not operate.
We did not think fans and open windows were adequate for the heat and humidity and this certainly spoiled our experience was not appropriate for the money we paid for the apartment.
Being 71 steps up from the street was easier without having to carry the luggage up on arrival but still not a prospect to look forward to once or twice a day without the airconditioning."
