The villa, built by the owners in the early 70's, has been completely renovated in 2006 with a brand new 12X6 metres swimming pool. Villa Mafalda, boasts a fantastic 3000 square metres garden of olive trees and all kind of typical plants with a beautiful view over the valley of Terni and the medieval town of Collescipoli.
ROOMS
The villa consists in three elegantly decorated double bedrooms, two bathrooms, a very large sitting room and dining room, with 32' LCD TV, DVD player, Stereo, a fully equipped brand new kitchen and an amazing balcony/patio overlooking the valley, where it is possible to dine, relax and enjoy the sound of nature.
