The three indipendent apartments are part of the Agriturismo Margherita, a wonderful property nestled in the hills between the Alta Valle di Tevere and the Val di Chiana on the border between Tuscany and Umbria above the hamlet of Volterrano,. The property contains two country houses and a biological swimming pool. The houses are surrounded by terraced fields interspersed with Grape Vines, Olive and Fruit trees. . A place where peace and quiet vibrate through the colours of the nature according to the seasons. During your stay you can choose to enjoy the beautiful biological swimming-pool and its water lilies or visit Umbria or Tuscany, in fact the Agriturismo practically on the border between the two wonderful regions. Two buildings form the Agriturismo : the first house of is fully restored and divided into two self contained apartments surrounded by a wide garden. In every apartment there are two bedrooms, two bathrooms , kitchen and dining room with the capacity to accommodate up to 6 guests; the second is a portion of a large stone cottage with a spacious terrace facing the valley.

The dining room is on the ground floor, with the door open to the terrace facing the valley. On the dining room there is the sofa bed. The kitchen is fully fitted. On the first floor there are two bedrooms.

All bedrooms are spacious and comfortably furnished with modern central heating, double-glazing and shutters. The sitting-rooms are comfortable furnished and in winter in two of the apartments you can enjoy the warmth of the open log fire.

The jewel of our Agriturismo is the bio swimming-pool where a fito-depuration is used instead of the old and irritating system .
The pool looks like a natural lake strewn with various flowering plants including rare water lilies between olive trees and rose-beds. There is a small swimming -pool especially for children. There are swings and a children’s slide to entertain kids. Our guests can enjoy the campo da bocce and the lake for sport fishing.
 

Its position makes Campara an ideal place or for a quiet relax, immersed in a fascinating natural environment, and it’s a perfect base to dedicate yourself to he cultural aspects offered by Umbria and Tuscany. In fact with a brief trip by car, around half an hour, you can visit small interesting towns like Città di Castello, Cortona, larger centre like Arezzo o Perugia. Rome and Flocrence, capitals of art and culture, can be reached easily by train. 

The apartment comprises 2 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin and 2 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the in the living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.
